Features of ZK series molding machine:
● Adopt PLC setting program, touch screen (text) man-machine interface operation, can perform automatic and manual conversion adjustment, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
● The feeding part adopts imported (domestic) servo drive motor, which has no inertia and accurate feeding size.
● The plasticizing heater adopts far-infrared ceramic heating body and solid-state relay for point-type heating control; at the same time, the temperature controller is used for constant temperature setting, which can achieve the effect of dual-control heat preservation and heating. Note: There are two heating methods for our factory's equipment to choose from, <1> single-sided (upper) heating. Maximum heating power: 10 kW on the heater. After the equipment is heated up normally and maintained at a constant temperature, the power consumption can be reduced by more than 40%.
● Feeding guide rail: Our factory adopts high-quality aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance and no deformation. There is a cooling water channel inside, so that it is not easy to damage the material during the feeding process, and it has the effect of good product cooling and fast shaping.
● Equipped with manual adjustment switch, any part of the machine can be adjusted correspondingly without changing the adjustment host program, and the test machine and mold test can be adjusted, which saves the mold test time and plays a role in safety protection during the debugging process.
